10:30am - Pick-up

11:00am - Coffee and Chocolate Tasting

12:00pm - Unique Blind Tasting Experience

Learn how to dissect any wine and identify which components attract your particular palate.

12:30pm - Gourmet Lunch

Gourmet offerings at one of the region’s best restaurants.

1:15pm - Wine Tasting

Sample wine from an award winning boutique producer.

2:15 - Wine Tasting

The second wine tasting of the day.

3:30pm - Winery

The third winery visit features a complimentary glass of wine and cheeseboard.

4:15pm - Craft Brewery

Visit a local craft brewery to finish the day.

5:00pm - Drop-Off

Drop-off back to your accomodation.

Make your own tasting notes on the remaining wines, with out Tasting Structure.
